Pro: suitable club introductions and trials through Ric's network as a FIFA-licensed agent. College: film, coach contact and programs that fit football, academics and budget.

When RicFit players near you need one-on-one technical work, we introduce them to you, with the player's consent. You keep coaching; we coordinate priorities.

04 · The referral reward
$500
flat, per referred player who joins the RicFit Pathway
- $500 flat for each player you refer who joins the RicFit Pathway as a new client.
- Paid once the client's second payment clears.
- One reward per new Pathway client. Refunds and duplicate referrals are handled as set out in the partner agreement.
- Introductions from RicFit to you carry no fee either way unless we agree one in writing.
- Being a RicFit Affiliated Partner is not employment and not a certification. Nothing here guarantees introductions, income, a trial, a contract or a scholarship.
05 · How you get credit
Attribution in four steps
A player who once came through your link stays your player, even if they come back later without it.

Your own link
You get a page at transfers.ricfit.com/<your name> with a QR code. Every player who applies through it is tagged to you.
- 02
The player applies
Pro players 17 and up use the pro form; players under 17 and college-minded players use the college form. Both carry your tag.
- 03
We assess and talk
RicFit reviews the player and talks it through with the family. If the Pathway fits, they join.

You get paid
Once the player's second payment clears, your $500 is due. We tell you when it is on its way.

Tell us about your coaching. We review every trainer, then set up a short call about your players and where the Pathway fits.
